Working with an Agent

Many students that choose to study abroad will work with a counsellor or agent who will help them plan out their future path, handle their university applications and arrange their travel and accommodation. This can be especially useful if you’re not entirely sure about where you want to study.
A good counsellor will look at your strengths and weaknesses both within and outside of the classroom to help you decide on what field would be most suitable for you. Some agents are affiliated with certain schools and institutions, so they will be familiar with the application procedures and can help simplify the process. However you should also ensure that your agent is providing the best choices for you instead of only the institutions they are connected to.
