OUR MISSION

“To provide the education seeker with high quality education that focuses on the end result in particular the ability to approach any type of employment opportunity with competence and confidence thereby contributing to the human capital of the economy”.

We offer BTEC Higher National Diplomasin Quantity Surveying &Construction Economics, Construction Management, Building Services Engineering and Civil Engineering. In addition we recently partnered with the University of Salford, an RICS partner university to offer a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying. This 3 year (plus 1 year optional placement) programme is entirely delivered in Sri Lanka. We also facilitate the delivery of a Master of Science in Quantity Surveying&Master of Science in Project Management in Construction delivered using a blended teaching modality through a flying faculty from the University of Salford.UK.

CSCT has also partnered with Birmingham City University to deliver a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. This programme is the latest addition to the programmes on offer at CSCT.

OUR MOTTO

CSCT was established in 2008, with the motto ‘Sapientia et Doctrina’, which is Latin for Wisdom & Learning. We strive to create a learning environment to nurture the development of critical thinking skills; support innovation; and develop knowledge and expertise of our students.

CSCT faculty members are the most senior teachers in the field of construction and foremost practitioners in the country. They have expertise in a broad range of specialties and have developed curriculums in each of the programs that meet the needs of the construction industry, ensuring that our graduates and diploma holders are ready for professional work.
