Emerald Isle Retail Training Centre ( EIRTC ) is the only training institute with the determination of supporting local and overseas based retailers to enhance the skills of the employees for the organizations’ success. We have an excellent team of training staff and infrastructure to facilitate the training needs and requirements of the candidates.

We are recognized by the RAI (Retail Association Of India) as a certified Retail Training Partner. RAI is an organization that encourages, develops, facilitates and support retailers to adopt best practices in the retailing industry. EIRTC is the first and exclusive training partner to RAI in Sri Lanka. We are engaged with RAI to facilitate retail education and retail training for freshers and existing employees who desire to pursue a career in the Retail Industry.
