FMSL® is the Sri Lankan community of Facilities Management which comprises of dynamic young individuals who are multifaceted, flourish under pressure, flexible in the face of complexity and always looking for innovative ways. More importantly, they are passionate on Facilities Management and have chosen this world class profession as their career path.

FMSL is enhancing the impending profession of Facilities Management, serving as the country’s Facilities Management community to rally round to assist Facilities Management to maneuver in its new waters’ of Sri Lanka.

FMSL represents the brethren of Facilities Management graduates and undergraduates molded by the veteran lecturer panel of the Department of Building Economics of University of Moratuwa.

FMSL has embarked to take on the mantle to perform various activities in enhancing Facilities Management from its current prospect to its tomorrow with boundless prospective.

FMSL believes not of conventionalism but of dynamic interventions, and is concerned of results which is what matters at the end of the day.
