Human Resource Management Diploma

Course Details :   

1. Diploma in Human Resource Management of the KDU will provide a rare opportunity for the participants to obtain a wider spectrum of knowledge, skills, competence and attitudes to relevant and necessary to an individual’s practice of Human Resource Management.

2. Moreover it is designed in accordance to the Sri Lanka Qualification Framework, equivalent to Sri Lanka Qualifying Level 4 and designed to ensure a high academic standard by a panel of senior academics and professionals from reputed Universities/ Institutions in Sri Lanka to facilitate participants to complete the Diploma programme in one (01) year while in service.

3. Lectures will be held in weekends at the KDU and the rest of the learning is through assignments/ practical work/ independent learning carried out at the participants’ own convenience. The medium of instructions will be English.
